Account Activation:
You should have received an account
activation notice by email, if you
have not received yours, please
contact support before
continuing. Your account activation
notice contains the username,
password and hostnames that you will
need in order to use our services.
Please keep this information safe
and have it to hand when contacting
us for any reason.
Control Panel :
Central to all our our hosting plans
is our control panel, from which you
can manage all aspects of your
account and view support
documentation specific to your
hosting plan. The control panel can
be found
here,
login with the username and password
from your activation notice, or from
https://yourdomain.com/cpanel
FTP:
Initially, no web hosting and FTP
are setup. You require to setup
these features using your control
panel as follows. Log in and select
the domain name you wish to activate
hosting on (To select it just click
on the URL in your main screen).
Your next screen will then include a
Hosting button, select that button
and follow the on screen directions
to setup FTP and Front Page access.
You can ftp into your site from
ftp.yourdomain
with your username and password.
All HTML documents which are to be
displayed on the Internet must be
uploaded to the www folder.
Only upload to the other folders if
you require to and understand there
use.
Web Site:
You can upload your web site files
by connecting to the FTP server
shown in your account activation
notice using an FTP client, log in
with your main username and
password.
Email:
Initially, no email options are
configured. You can create mailboxes
and change your email routing
options via your control panel.

name across from another provider
rather than registering with our
